Its not seen the light of day for a while but I’ve been re-assessing how many cameras I actually need. So I thought I’d give this one an airing today.
Its a great little camera, well I say little, its a heavy lump of a camera.
It supposed to be for shooting whole plate but without the inserts it can shoot a 9″ ish square plate.
Heres a clear glass ambrotype (wholeplate)
And a black glass wholeplate. Turned out a pretty messy plate for some reason compares to the previous clear glass plate.
Ross Xpress 14 inch lens f4.5 for 2 minutes.
