Shot a quick plate yesterday of John that was totally underexposed and was the only bit of clean cut glass I had with me, so today I shot some plates to check the lighting.
Usually I can get about 8-10 seconds at f4, granted the weather has been really bad of late but I didn’t expect it to have such a great influence on exposure times yesterday.
Today I was getting f8 at 30 seconds…I know my maths isn’t the greatest but that still works out at f4 for 7 1/2 seconds….? When I shot a plate of John yesterday , the underexposed plate looked like it needed a good 2 stops more light.
Anyways here some plates using some stuff off “Johns” prop shelf…..
Three whole plates. Two tin and one clear glass.
