It is huge! 24&#215;24 inches!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11600\" src=\"http:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2017\/03\/Ian1.jpg\" alt=\"Ian1\" width=\"504\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Ian1.jpg 504w, https:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Ian1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve spoken with Ian a couple of times in the past and am always encouraged by his enthusiasm when he talks about&nbsp;his work. Its entertaining and reassuring to hear of other practitioners struggles with ultra large formats especially when it involves fumbling around in the dark in the back of a Transit van&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11601\" src=\"http:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2017\/03\/IAn2.jpg\" alt=\"IAn2\" width=\"378\" height=\"504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IAn2.jpg 378w, https:\/\/fourtoes.co.uk\/iblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IAn2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He has been using 5&#215;4 film set into a grid in the back of the plate holder. It was great to meet up with Mikey and Dan for a pint or two, and to see Michelle &amp; Alex (and baby) and Jonathan there as well. Thats five wet platers in one room at one time.
