I think its about time I catalogued and stored my historic photography collection properly. It becoming a little uncontrolled.
Here are some further additions. A mix of dry plate negatives, overpainted portraits and a lovely but faded CDV.

I love this makeshift studio set up.
A 10×12 overpainted portrait of Mrs King.
A 5×7 overpainted portrait. I’m usure if this is just a faded print with the stronger paint/pigment left behind or if its a painted background for behind a plate?
And this lovely CDV of two sisters with a photo album in a backyard studio setting.
Which reminds me to get all the back yard photos together for a blog post.
